Kraken Security’s regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. A 24/7 emergency service line is available for urgent issues outside regular hours. While we make reasonable efforts to respond promptly to all inquiries and service requests, response times may vary based on demand, location, and the nature of the request.
