Do you charge differently based on location?
Pricing is based on project scope rather than distance for most of our service areas. Contact us for a quote specific to your property.
Which areas have the fastest response times?
Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, and Cochrane typically see the fastest response given their proximity to our base. Strathmore, Okotoks, Bragg Creek, and Balzac are fully serviced, with response times scheduled accordingly.
Can you service a multi-location business across several of these areas?
Yes. Many of our clients operate across multiple sites, and we manage multi-location projects with consistent system design and centralized monitoring where applicable.
Do you only install new systems, or do you also service existing ones?
Both. We install new systems and also provide ongoing service, troubleshooting, and upgrades for existing commercial security infrastructure.
What's the difference between your six services — do I need all of them?
Not necessarily. Many clients start with one service, like CCTV or access control, and add others over time. We can also design a fully integrated system from the outset if that better suits your property.
